Barber Plug Prime Membership - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Barber Plug Prime Membership Subscribers ("Subscriber" or "You") and The Barber Plug, a provider of barber products and services. By purchasing and subscribing to the Barber Plug Prime Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

This is not a physical product. 

1. Membership Subscription Fee:

  • The Barber Plug Prime Lifetime Membership subscription fee is $160 annually.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Barber Plug to charge your selected payment method for this fee on a monthly recurring basis for a minimum period of 30 days.

2. Membership Benefits:

As a Barber Plug Prime Member, you will receive the following benefits:

  • 20% discount on all retail prices for products available on The Barber Plug's website.
  • Unlimited usage of the 20% discount within each month of your subscription for a single address.
  • Members are limited to ordering a maximum of three (3) units of the same clipper per month, limited to 7 in the aggregate.
  • Priority 2-day shipping on eligible orders.
  • Exclusive access to preorders for new products and promotions.
  • Free items included at Barber Plug's discretion in each order.

3. Account Sharing:

  • Sharing your Barber Plug Prime Membership login information with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Any account sharing may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

4. Account Suspension and Order Cancellation:

  • Barber Plug reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and cancel any pending orders if you do not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account login information, misuse of membership benefits, or violating any other aspect of these Terms.

5. Membership Duration and Cancellation:

  • Your Barber Plug Prime Membership subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis, and your selected payment method will be charged accordingly.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
  • Cancellations may take up to 48 hours to process.
  • You are locked into your membership for a minimum of 30 days. 

6. Changes to Membership and Terms:

  • Barber Plug reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or otherwise change the Barber Plug Prime Membership and its associated benefits at any time.
  • Changes to these Terms will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

7. Refunds and Returns:

  • The membership fee is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your membership during a subscription period.
  • Any products purchased using your membership discount are subject to Barber Plug's standard return and exchange policy.

By subscribing to the Barber Plug Prime Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Barber Plug reserves the right to enforce these Terms and make decisions regarding membership accounts and orders at its discretion.



Shipping Policy

Orders take 3-5 BUSINESS days to process. However, this time frame can be extended due to holidays, new product drops, preorders, backorders, and other unforeseen delays. Once orders are processed they are dropped off to USPS, UPS or DHL that same day. Typically packages take 2-5 days after being dropped off to arrive. Any expedited shipping chosen does not include processing time. While your order will ship with an expedited service, selecting this option does not change the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment as we are a small business. Please note, all large shop equipment including but not limited to, barber chairs, chair mats, large station equipment, etc. will be shipped through a freight company due to its size. You will receive a separate email with your freight tracking information. For any additional questions, feel free to reach out to customerservice@thebarberplug.com

We highly recommend paying additional at checkout to protect your order from being stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.

Route Package Protection

  • Route Package Protection makes it easy to protect your order with one-click protection at checkout and a user-friendly claims portal if an issue arises. You can file claims on your own here: https://claims.route.com
  • Track your package, get real-time updates, and file claims through the Route Protection App.
  • All orders are automatically insured up to $200 when you use shop pay at checkout. Please note, if you choose not to pay for full coverage of your package, and it gets lost in the mail you will only receive up to $200 from the shipping carrier. 
  • ***Once your package is placed in the possession of the United Parcel Service, The Barber Supply Co. is not held responsible for any packages lost in transit or if your package has been inaccurately confirmed delivered by UPS. We have not control once we place them in their possession.   In the event that a package is not delivered, you must file a claim with UPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. Once you file a claim with the UPS, the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.

International Orders (Outside the USA)  

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
