Warranty Info

All Barber Plug branded machines have a 1 year warranty. Simply email us your 5-6 digit order number, and we will take care you. All clippers come with a 1-3 year warranty through the manufacturing company. Most tools come with a warranty booklet inside the box that includes all necessary information. However, the links below can be used as well. In order to utilize the warranty on the item(s) purchased, the manufacturing company must be contacted. There are no active warranties through The Barber Plug Supply Co.

If proof of purchase or a receipt is needed, please email customerservice@thebarberplug.com. Be sure to include your order number.
