Warranty Info

All Barber Plug branded machines come with a 1-year warranty. To request assistance, simply email us your 5-6 digit order number, and we will be happy to help.

For clippers and other tools, they are covered by a 1–3 year warranty through the manufacturer. Most tools include a warranty booklet with detailed instructions inside the box. You can also use the links below for additional warranty information. To process a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly. The Barber Plug Supply Co. does not offer active warranties on these items.

If you need proof of purchase or a receipt, please email us at customerservice@thebarberplug.com with your order number, and we will provide it for you.
