The Barber Plug Subscription Policy

Subscription Overview The Barber Plug offers monthly Barber Subscription Boxes designed to ensure you never run out of essential barbering supplies. Our subscription service provides convenience and value, delivering a curated selection of products every 30 days.

Subscription Management Customers can edit, change, or cancel their subscriptions at any time by logging into their customer account at: Manage Your Subscription.

Subscription Tiers & Contents Each subscription box contains a variety of barbering essentials, with scents and colors randomly selected at fulfillment. If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, a team member will contact you regarding potential substitutions.

Billing & Payment

  • The payment method on file will be charged on a monthly basis.

  • If a payment attempt fails, we will make up to three retry attempts before pausing the subscription.

Cancellation & Modifications

  • Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time via their customer account.

  • The Barber Plug reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time at our discretion.
